OpenMedSpel for Mozilla Thunderbird
OpenMedSpel for Mozilla Thunderbird is free and open source software released under a GPL license.OpenMedSpel includes nearly 50,000 medical terms ranging from abdominis to
zygomatic, which allows you to concentrate on your work instead of looking up words in a medical dictionary that are not in the built-in Mozilla Thunderbird spelling dictionary.
OpenMedSpel works for Mozilla Thunderbird 1.5 or higher.

Installation Instructions
- Drag this link for OpenMedSpel and drop it on the extensions manager window in Thunderbird (Tools->Extensions).
- As an alternative, save this dictionary file locally on your hard drive. Under Tools->Extensions, press the Install button and then select the file you saved.
- After successful installation, OpenMedSpel will appear in the list of available dictionaries in the spell checker dialog.
